These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of slickviewproperties.com (the "Site"), operated by Slickview Properties ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice

All content on the Site, and in any related emails, newsletters, social media posts, webinars, calls, presentations, or other communications from Slickview Properties, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state courts located in Duval County, Florida, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
