Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Slickview Properties ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit slickviewproperties.com (the "Site") or contact us about our real estate investment, property management, and related services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, email us, or otherwise get in touch, we may collect:
- Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Information about your real estate goals, properties you own or are interested in, or investment preferences.
- Information you provide to confirm investor eligibility (for example, accredited investor status, your U.S. state of residence, and your confirmation that you are a U.S. resident), if you ask about an investment opportunity or create an investor account.
- Rental application details, if you apply to lease a property we manage. Tenant screening may involve background, credit, and eviction checks performed only with your consent.
- Anything else you choose to include in your messages to us.
Investor portal. If you create an account on our investor portal or invest with us, we also collect:
- Account login details and profile information.
- Information about the entity you invest through (such as an LLC, trust, or IRA), and about people you authorize to access your account, such as advisors or team members.
- Taxpayer identification numbers (such as a Social Security number or EIN), needed for tax reporting.
- Bank account details used to send you distributions.
- Accreditation documents, such as verification letters from a CPA or attorney, and income, net-worth, or asset documentation.
- Electronic signature records, including your IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, and digital fingerprints (hashes) of the documents you sign. We keep these to verify the authenticity of signed agreements.
- A history of your account activity and your communications with us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit. We may use cookies and similar technologies for this purpose.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To evaluate and communicate about properties, investment opportunities, 1031 exchanges, and property management.
- To process and evaluate rental applications.
- To verify investor eligibility and identity, process subscriptions, execute agreements electronically, pay distributions, and issue tax documents such as Schedule K-1s.
- To review documents you upload, including with the help of automated and AI-assisted tools. Our team reviews eligibility decisions.
- To send you updates or marketing communications, where permitted. You can opt out at any time.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.

3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- Service providers who help us run our business and may use your information only to perform services for us. These include hosting and database providers, our email delivery provider (Resend), our AI document-analysis provider (Anthropic), analytics, property management software, and tenant screening providers.
- Fund administrators, auditors, banks, and tax preparers involved in managing investments, paying distributions, and preparing tax filings.
- Professional partners involved in a transaction you have asked us to help with, such as qualified intermediaries, title and escrow companies, lenders, attorneys, and accountants.
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of us or others.
- Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
4. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the Site. You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies; some parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
Advertising and measurement. We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure visits, form submissions, and account sign-ups, and to evaluate our advertising. When you submit a form or create an account, we may share your email address and phone number with Google and Meta in hashed (encrypted, one-way) form so they can match the conversion to an ad interaction. We also record how you found us (for example, campaign tags and ad click identifiers in the page address, and the referring website) and the country associated with your IP address, which we use for marketing attribution and to confirm that our investment offerings reach U.S. residents only. Lead and registration details may also be sent to our CRM and marketing-automation providers so our team can follow up.
Our own site analytics. We also run first-party analytics to understand how the Site is used. It does not set cookies. Instead, it stores a random visitor identifier and a session identifier in your browser's local storage (if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the visitor identifier is kept only for the current tab). We record the pages you view (without query strings), page titles, the referring site, campaign tags, whether an ad click identifier was present (not its value), device, browser and operating system type, screen size, language, time spent and scroll depth on a page, and which form fields you interact with (field names only, never what you type). We do not store your IP address; it is used only momentarily, in a one-way hashed form, to prevent abuse, and approximate location (country, region, city) is derived from it. If you later submit a form or create an account, your earlier visits are linked to that record so our team can understand your interests. We keep this raw analytics data for about 25 months. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements, and then delete or anonymize it. Investor records, signed agreements, signature audit records, and tax information may be kept for several years after an investment ends, as required by securities, tax, and recordkeeping laws.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Highly sensitive data, such as taxpayer identification numbers and bank account details, is encrypted at rest, and access to investor records is limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
- You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email or by contacting us.
- Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses of it. 8. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable law requires), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.
